Because I live in Hawaii things sent here naturally take longer to arrive than on the continental US. However, I purchased this phone well over a month ago and I'm still waiting for it. I believe Amazon vendors should offer USPS priority shipping as a mailing option. This would make certain purchases more affordable as opposed to other shipping options that often times cost more than the item/items being purchased.Please note that the low rating was given only as a means to post this review and does not reflect on the quality of the phone of which I no nothing about

Had a Panasonic which was returned twice for service. This beats that phone by miles. Haven't a complaint and I am a believer in this mfg.

It's a phone - not much more to it. Good sound quality, good speakerphone (we use it quite often), so far - no complaints about the batteries. It has a small foot print and decent looking. Cons: No headphone jack.

I had to return this phone for two reasons. Mainly, it made a constant crackling noise as if I were too far away from the base, which I wasn't. The second reason is that I wanted a wall-mount phone, which this says it is. But, from past experience, there is typically some method that allows a desk phone to mount on the wall at a different angle, such as a part that snaps off the back and then reverses position, or just some other way to mount it on an angle. This phone does not have that. It mounts on the wall in the exact same position as it would sit on a desk, as if you just slid the phone up from the desk onto the wall. So, I couldn't see the display unless I walked over to the phone, and slightly leaned up on my toes. This isn't very convenient, especially since I couldn't just glance over at it to check for messages, and it wasn't very attractive looking on the wall. I uploaded a photo to show how the wall mount design looks. It is illustrated in the manual, but I didn't download it and look through that before I bought it.

Using them in my office for 2 weeks now. No problems. Easy set up. Nice bang for buck....
